All of the association’s volunteers are young people aged 16 and above who undergo professional training and receive a thorough introduction to how the association operates. Each volunteer is given detailed guidance about the elderly individual they assist, ensuring the best and most appropriate care and attention for the seniors we support.
The association currently supports every elderly person over the age of 65, based on their individual needs. It’s important to note that each person faces different challenges in daily life — some need companionship, a listening ear, and attention, while others require help with home repairs, practical issues, or even a ride to the doctor.
The "Jesta" association’s main goal is to improve the quality of life for the elderly. Therefore, each person uses our resources in their own way, according to their needs. We always strive to provide a proper and adequate response and, above all, to make them feel like they are the center of our world.
