Yuval Siman-Tov is the founder of the nonprofit and a criminology graduate with Dean's honors. A survivor of the Nova festival, he is a lecturer who leads advocacy and resilience initiatives in Israel and abroad. He was named to Globes magazine's list of "40 most promising Israelis under 40." Originally from Rehovot, he lives in Tel Aviv.

Ron Levy is originally from Rehovot and now lives on Kibbutz Manara. He served in the Maglan unit, and since October 7 he has been an active reservist across all fronts. A graduate of the Israeli Scouts movement - from camper to troop coordinator - he was raised on, and now teaches, the values of giving, Zionism, and social responsibility through combat-fitness pre-army preparation groups. He believes in the intergenerational connection between youth, young adults, and the elderly

Itai Tzur is the founder and CEO of Impact, a company specializing in developing management, service, sales, and communication skills in organizations. Since October 7 he has been serving continuously in the reserves in the Southern Command, in a sensitive role, as part of his deep commitment to Israel's security and society. Alongside this, Itai serves as a member of the Herzliya City Council and works to advance public, community, and social initiatives from a place of responsibility and giving.

Yarin Tibi holds a bachelor's degree in architecture and interior design from Shenkar. She grew up in the Israeli Scouts movement, from camper to troop coordinator. She lives in Rehovot.

Shir Golan is an MA student in Clinical Psychology and a lab manager in the Psychology Department at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Her research focuses on the emotional and cognitive processes underlying parental behavior. Alongside her studies, Shir is active in social and community work with youth and disadvantaged populations, out of a belief in the power of genuine human connection to drive change.

Maya Nitzan holds a BA in Linguistics and an MA in Environmental Studies (with honors) from Tel Aviv University. Throughout her studies she combined social, community, and academic work, driven by a desire to make an impact and help both the human and physical environment she lives in. She believes that simple human connections can significantly affect quality of life, and works to strengthen the sense of belonging in the community and the connection between generations.

Roza Reich manages the accounting firm that represents the nonprofit. She is proud to be part of the nonprofit's management team and to provide a stable, smart financial anchor for Jesta's social mission in all its facets — and for its important, extraordinary, heart-warming work, in every season, and certainly in this one.

Dana Gruper is the manager of the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) group at Intel in Kiryat Gat. Holds a master's degree in environmental engineering and a law degree, with extensive experience managing complex interfaces and leading processes in sensitive, demanding work environments. Dana lives on Kibbutz Mishmar HaNegev and is deeply connected to the south of the country and its communities. Alongside her professional work in high-tech, she promotes the values of sustainability, social responsibility, and connection to people, community, and the environment.
