Jesta places great importance on providing an equal, accessible service to the entire public, including people with disabilities. We work to make this website as accessible as possible, in the belief that everyone deserves to use it with dignity, independence and equality.
General
The accessibility adjustments on this site were made in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Accessibility was implemented in line with the Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility, which is based on the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines, at conformance level AA.
The site was made accessible and last updated in June 2026. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and the association continues to improve it from time to time.
Accessibility features
The site has been designed so that it can be used by the following means:
- Full keyboard navigation, with no need for a mouse
- Compatibility with screen readers
- A hierarchical, semantic heading structure for orientation
- Alternative text (alt) for meaningful images
- Adequate colour contrast between text and background
- The ability to zoom the page up to 200% without loss of content or function
Limitations and exclusions
We invest ongoing effort in improving the site's accessibility, yet some components or pages may not yet be fully accessible. In addition, content operated by third parties is not under the association's control and may not be fully accessible, including:

- Interactive map components
